All welcome.
Joining a knitting group is one of the best things you can do for yourself as a knitter or any hand craft you are working on. If you're new to your craft, it's a great way to pick up new tricks and always have someone at the ready to help you through difficult parts of patterns or explain a new-to-you technique.
For knitters and hand crafters of all skill levels, this is a way of making a time and place for your projects.

Meet our dear friends, Swaroop and Leena Nashikkar!
Many of you already know Leena and her very detailed art work. Beautiful paper-quilled pieces in shadow boxes; traditional Indian Warli paintings on canvas & fabric; and of course, her presence at many of Chimayo's events offering Mehndi (henna) temporary tattoos!
This Sunday, Leena and her husband, Swaroop will be on hand at Chimayo from 11am to 3pm to share their most recent venture, KRUTEE QUILTS. They will tell you their story, how the quilts are made, and how they are participating in the
fair trade movement with family
and friends in their native India.
All of their products will be discounted on Sunday!
Enjoy refreshments with us and
discounts throughout the gallery!
Support these creative local artists
by joining in the movement to bring
shopping back to your own community!
We hope you join us for this lovely holiday event and bring a friend!
Join us for enlightening meditations, with open discussion after. Gather with like-minded intuitive women like you who are looking to experience more of their true spirit - their authentic self - and have the opportunity to practice using your intuition in a safe and supportive *judgement-free zone*.
